1. Liability for content

As service provider we are responsible pursuant to section 7.1 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG) for our own contents on this website under the terms of general law. According to sections 8–10 TMG, we as a service provider are not obliged to monitor third-party information transmitted or stored or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general law remain unaffected. However, we are potentially liable in this respect only from the date on which we become aware of a specific infringement. Should we become aware of corresponding legal violations, we shall remove these contents immediately.

2. Liability for links

Our site contains links to external websites over whose contents we have no control. We cannot therefore take any responsibility for such third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the linked sites is always responsible for their content. The linked sites were checked at the time the links were placed for any possible breaches of the law. No unlawful content was discernible at that time. However, it would be unreasonable to expect us to permanently monitor the contents of the linked sites without any concrete evidence of a violation of the law. As soon as we become aware of violations of the law, we will remove such links with immediate effect.
